"EDUCATIONAL EMPLOYMENT DEVELOPMENT"

Education employment development is key for all of our clients starting their re-entry into our communities. The best way to decrease recidivism in our communities, is to educate our clients on how to gain meaningful employment and teach them the necessary fundamentals on how to keep a job.

Lincoln Freed has developed a working relationship with numerous employers in the Spokane and Coeur d'alene area who are great supporters of second chance re-entry with good paying jobs.

Through combined efforts, with our communities, employers, and Lincoln Freed we can educate our clients to become skilled workers in our communities. This allows for the re-entry process to be successful to the point where we have strengthened our communities through our clients becoming part of our skilled work force in our communities

OUR   COMMITMENT   TO   THE   COMMUNITY
